Billing & Insurance

RedCedar Family Practice offers a knowledgeable staff to assist you with any questions about Insurance or Billing. Although they cannot be familiar with all the provisions of your specific policy, often they can provide helpful guidance in handling your claim. In many cases a call to your insurance provider can eliminate confusion about how charges were considered.

FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED

Please be prepared to pay any co-pay at the time of service. In our office we accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

If you receive a billing statement you may return it us by mail with a check for payment or you may make a payment over the phone using a Visa, MasterCard or Discover. To make a payment by phone contact Jacki at 932-4550.
